Hiking Trip to Paces Mill Park

Enjoy a local hiking trip to Paces Mill Park where we will be hiking the West Palisades Trail. This is a gentle, 3.6-mile paved trail that follows along the Chattahoochee River, with scenic bridges, wildlife sightings, and comfortable shade. This event is open to all AMIS students, scholars, and volunteers! After hiking, everyone will have the option of eating a packed lunch at the picnic area, if they choose to bring one.

If you are a student who will need a ride to this event, please indicate so on the registration form. We cannot guarantee you will get a ride, as we are limited to the number of volunteers who offer rides. If you are a volunteer or student who would like to provide rides for students to the park, please indicate so on the registration form.
